Can I get more than one PR an hour from The Loop?
Yes. Invoke context-loop or next-loop yourself against a specific task when you have review capacity. Each invocation builds exactly one task.
The schedule is only the default caller. next-loop only picks up tasks already marked ready, so if nothing is ready, run context-loop on the task you want built first.
