How do I stop The Loop running at 3am or on weekends?
Edit the cron expression of each scheduled task in Claude Desktop's Code tab, for example 30 9-18 * * 1-5 for context-loop and 0 9-18 * * 1-5 for next-loop to run weekday daytime only.
The loop does not know your calendar. It fires on its own cadence until you change the schedule. Keep the half-hour offset between the two tasks.
The right cadence is the one you will keep reviewing against. If pull requests pile up unread, narrow the schedule.
