How does The Loop work?
You write a task file, a context agent scores it against an 85 percent readiness gate and asks questions until it clears, an execution agent builds it and opens a pull request, and you review it.
The stages are: task, context agent, readiness score, gate, execution agent, pull request, human review.
Nothing ships without you merging it. Expect at most one pull request an hour, and 30 to 90 minutes from writing a task to its pull request, because the two agents fire half an hour apart.
