How much time does AI actually save?
Peter's Monday planning went from four hours to two with AI, but when the agent broke and he did it by hand in 90 minutes, he realised the savings were never AI's. The subjective win is real anyway.
His honest position is that he still has no clean ROI number on AI, but he does have a subjective win he would not give up.
