What are context-loop and next-loop?
context-loop scores a task's readiness and asks questions; next-loop builds a task that cleared the gate and opens a pull request. They are the two scheduled skills at the core of The Loop.
They fire half an hour apart: context-loop at :30 and next-loop at :00 by default. next-loop only picks up tasks marked ready, a status only context-loop writes.
The bundle also installs loop-guardrails and port-my-loop.
