Terms & Conditions
This Terms & Conditions agreement explains how access to the AI Operator Workflow course is granted, what is expected from every participant, and how we protect both your work and ours.

By enrolling in the course, downloading course files, or accessing the gated application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Plan Types
Individual, Team (3 seats), Company (up to 20 seats)
Seat counts are enforced through enrollment—contact us to upgrade when you add new builders.
Support Response Time
24–48 hours via email
We prioritize billing/security issues first, followed by content or implementation questions.
Governing Law
Prague, Czech Republic
Legal disputes will be handled in Prague courts unless another venue is mutually agreed in writing.
Course Access & License
Purchasing AI Operator grants a single-user, non-transferable license to access the gated curriculum, templates, and prompts.
- Seats cannot be shared, resold, or reassigned without our written approval.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials confidential.
- Access may be revoked if payment is reversed, disputed, or suspected fraud occurs.
Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in EUR. Taxes are calculated at checkout when applicable.
- Charges are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full payment data.
- Because the product includes instantly available digital assets, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
- You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or chargebacks your institution imposes.
Acceptable Use & Conduct
The platform exists to teach AI-first workflows. Use it respectfully and for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to scrape, download at scale, or circumvent gating/security controls.
- Do not upload malicious code, interfere with platform stability, or probe infrastructure without written consent.
- Seats granted to a company must correspond to actual team members, not shared logins or bots.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All course materials, prompts, and UI assets remain the intellectual property of AI Operator.
- You may use provided templates inside your organization, but public redistribution or selling derivatives is prohibited.
- Reference docs supplied by the course may contain proprietary workflows—keep them internal.
- Any product ideas or feedback you share can be used to improve the course without additional compensation.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AI Operator provides educational content "as-is" without warranties of performance, results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not guarantee specific revenue, hiring, or shipping outcomes—your execution still matters.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding six (6) months.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the minimum required protections will apply.
Termination & Updates
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security threats, or unpaid balances. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, platform capabilities, or business requirements.
When updates are material we will notify you via email or in-app notices. Continuing to use AI Operator after changes go into effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
